If you are not satisfied with your Closetbay.com purchase, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Closetbay.com reserves the right to refuse refund of customized products. You must return the product to Closetbay.com within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories that shipped with the product. Closetbay.com will assess a 25% restocking fee on any returned merchandise in original condition. Items returned damaged or with missing parts are not eligible for refunds. Closetbay.com will not assume shipping charges for the return of products and materials. The method of return shipping is at the customer's discretion. However, using a prepaid, insured, traceable method of shipping is recommended. CLOSETbay.com cannot be held liable for lost inbound packages.

Please note: Some products include many small parts. It is very important that all parts and pieces of any merchandise are returned in original condition. Items that are returned incomplete are not eligible for refunds!

Custom cut closet rods are not eligible for return and refund.
