Christmas and holiday shipping

Orders placed on December 22nd NEXT DAY AIR will be delivered on the 23rd. 2ND DAY AIR orders placed on the 22nd will be delivered on the 27th. Shipping for all orders will be suspended between December 23rd and January 2nd. Normal shipping will resume on January 3rd.

Expedited Orders: When choosing UPS Next Day or Second Day Air, please note that orders placed at CLOSETbay.com after 12:00 Noon EST may be processed the following business day. Orders taken on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

* Closetbay.com uses UPS as its preferred shipper. Closetbay.com is not responsible for delays or loses caused by UPS or other shipping companies. In the event of a shipping loss or problem we will make reasonable attempts to mediate and rectify problems between our customers and shipping providers.
