CLOSETbay.com works to give customers the best shipping rates and services possible. Shipping is a service CLOSETbay brokers on behalf of our customers and it is not a source of revenue for us. We will not charge you more than the amount we are billed by the shipping provider. Shipping charges are calculated directly through UPS our preferred shipper or USPS and are accurate based on the weight, size, and number of products you order. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, due to varying availability and shipping locations. We don’t charge extra shipping for split shipments. Because One Day and Two Day Shipping services often involve air transport, some items cannot be shipped via these options. Very large, long, or heavy items must instead be shipped via freight carrier. Freight shipping charges typically start at $100. We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase. However, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund. Some items may ship via other shipping providers if they come directly from our suppliers.
To get a shipping quote follow these directions. Order Processing Times UPS Ground may take between 2 and 5 business days not counting the pick-up day. Where do we ship? We ship anywhere within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. For orders being shipped outside of the US and Canada we recommend using a freight forwarding service with a US shipping address. CANADA - Orders Ship to Canada via UPS Standard. Note: Rates for Standard to and from Canada do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the importer unless otherwise indicated by the customer. Some shipments to and from certain locations may require additional time in transit. Shipment Tracking Shipping Backorders
Occasionally, we must backorder or source inventory from multiple warehouses. This means that different parts of your order can come from various locations around the country.
If you order more than one item, we’ll try our best to send available items together. If only some of the items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses. If we break your order into multiple packages, you will NOT incur any additional freight charges.
In the unlikely event we’re unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items we’re unable to ship. You’ll be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items, and you will NOT be charged additional freight charges for backordered items.
